There is no separate entry recorded in the Nauvoo City Treasury Ledger for an order to John Lytle for $25.00 dated 3 August 1844. Lytle’s account in the ledger notes four orders on collector dated 3 August 1844 totaling $29.00. This and the two other extant pay orders for Lytle dated 3 August likely correspond to three of those four orders.
