We, the undersigned Petitioners, citizens of the said , do humble request and pray that your Honorable body, will order an Alley opened, sixteen feet wide, running from North to south, through <the centre of> Block No. one hundred and Twenty-six (126,) in the City of , and your Petitioners, as in duty bound will ever pray
