To the Honourable Citty Council of the Citty of Greeting
We the undersigned Subscribers desirous of having an Ally laid out through Block (124) one hundred and twenty four running North and South. from Parley St. to Kimball St. (16) sixteen feet wide (8) eight feet to be taken from each Lot
We therefore request your honourable body to <grant us the privilage to> lay out the above mentioned Ally and will ever prey
