To the Honorable the City council of the city of .
Gentlemen, the petition of the undersigned, citisens, represents, that your petitioners believe that the opening of Bluff Street from Mulholland Street to Munson Street would be for the <interests convenience of the> inhabitants residing in the vicinity of said street and for the interest <convenience> of the citizens generally, we therefore pray your honorable body to order said street opened as aforesaid, and your petitioners as in duty bound, will ever pray &c
