To the Honorable City Council of the City of
Gentlemen we your undersined petitioners pray your honorable body to order Wight Street opon from Worsaw Street east to Winchester Street as thore is no Street <opon> in this part of the town <running east> between mulholland ond Porley Street ond it will accommodate a good mony citizins ond we your petitioners will ever pray
