and in failing circumstances and after contracting the said debt due by him to the for the purpose of covering and concealing his property from his creditors and placing the same beyond their reach and to preserve the same for the future benefit of himself and his family, fraudulently conveyed and transferred and caused to be conveyed and transferred to his , children and friends, large amounts of real and personal property without any valuable consideration, which property at the time of making of his inventory, they hold and still continue to hold under such fraudulent transfers and conveyances; but he has given no account of the same in his inventory and has fraudulently and wilfully concealed the said property in violation of the provisions of the said Act.
