to grant bargain & sell the same Lots lands tenements & hereditaments or any part thereof granting the same right title interest & claim both in Law & equity as I may have in the same and in my name make execute & deliver good & sufficient deeds & conveyances for the same & also to ask for & receive & recover all such sums of mony as may become due for the same & to do all such acts as an attorney is bound to Do in selling & deeding lands & faithfully securing the payments for the same & collecting the monies arrising from such sales faithfully securing the payments f & whatever else is necessary for the Completion of such Contract & collecting In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal this 28th day of February 1843
