Resolved by the City City Counsel of the City of , that the resolution of this Council of the 8th. day of October last, / whereby the Treasurer was Ordered to not make any further payment out of the City funds, upon the Order theretofore drawn upon him for payment of the City Watch, unless further Order of this Council, / be, and the same is hereby rescinded.
