but firstly let mine armies become very great and let it become sanctified before me that it may become fair as the sun clear as the moon and that her banners may be terrible unto all the nations that the kingdoms of this world may be constrained that the kingdom of is in very deed the kingdom of our god and his christ therefore let us become subject to her laws verily I say unto you that it is expedient in me that the in my should receive their from on high in my house which I have commanded to be built unto my name in <the land of> And let these commandments which I have given concerning and her laws be executed and fulfilled after he redemption there has been a day of calling but the time has come for a day of choosing and let those be chosen who are worthy of it and it shall be manifest to my servant Joseph by the voice of the spirit those who are chosen they shall be sanctified inasmuch as the[y] foll[ow] which they riceive they shall have power after many days to accomplish all things pertaining to Zion and again I say unto you sue for peace and not only to the people who have smitten you but to all people and lift up an ensign for <of> peace and make a proclamation for peace unto the ends of the Earth make proposals for peace to those who have smitten you according to the voice of the Spirit which is in you and all things shall work together for your good be faithful and behold and lo I am with you even to the end of the World even so Amen— [p. 9]
