A single unlined leaf measuring 7¾ x 12 inches. The left edge is uneven, suggesting the document was removed from a bound volume. The revelation is written in a single, unpunctuated paragraph, which spans the recto and most of the verso. The revelation was inscribed in black ink that is now brown with age. At some time the document was folded, forming four horizontal quarter sections, with the second quarter of the verso bearing the most wear and discoloration.
