came into Mars [Samuel M. Marr’s] store and said he had a notice served to appear before the High Council
I would not care a Damn if they for all they could do if they would not publish it to the end of the Earth I will be Damned if <by Heavens> I will <not> sleep night nor day till I have satisfaction for I can write as fast as any man speakin of & Joseph [Smith]
he said Joseph said to how much money will buy your Frendship he said said he could not be bought with money [p. [1]]
