Being feeble when I gave to Widow [Maria] Clark her terms & Certificate of the west half of said lot— consequently have left it imperfect on my book and do not reccollect particularly the price & terms— but think the lot worth about $500— Sister Merrick— I think— Should have her half the same as to price & term as has Sister Clark her half
