Summary
Village in northwestern Indiana, located at “northeast quarter of the southeast quarter of section twenty-eight, township 37, north of range 1 west” in LaPorte Co. Site of various businesses, including saw and grist mills, 1835–1841. Plat of village filed with county recorder, May 1837. Abandoned by 1876.
