are Plaintiffs & William H. Mc.Graw is Defendant on a charge of a violation of the City ordinance in Selling Liquor in Less quantity than one Gallon Now. if the above Bounden William H. Mc.Graw or his Security shall pay or cause to be paid all costs of Costs of this Court and the costs of the municipal or Court <​or that may accrue​> in this Suit if Judgement shall be rendered again the said William H. Mc.Graw then this obligation shall be void otherwise to remain in full force and virtue— Given under our hands and Seals this fifth Day of July A. D 1842.
