and Elisha Dixon and Wood, Abbott and Co. by George Edmunds Jr. their counsel, doth find that the said North East qr. sec. 33, also said South East qr. sec. 25 T. 7 N. R. 8 W. said one acre West end of the north ten acres of the S. W. qr. sec. 2. T. 6 N. R. q W, and also the undivided three fourths of the E 1/2, S. E. 31 T. 5 N. 8 W, also the undivided 3/4 of the W 1/2 N. W. qr 5 T. 4 N. R. 8 W, and also the undivided 3/4 of the E 1/2 N. E. qr. 6 T. 4 N. R. 8 W. aforesaid.
And in equity subject be sold in the order in which they are last above described, to pay the said balance due the said complainants with interest thereon from the eighth day of November A. D. 1857.
And the Court being fully advised doth find adjudge and decree that there was on the eighth day of January A. D. 1851 due to the complainants upon said Judgement the sum of nine hundred and ninety eight dollars and thirty five cents ($998.35), and that the same with interest now remains due and unpaid.
It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed that the said North East quarter of section no. thirty three (33) T. 7 N. R. 8 W. be sold to satisfy said Judgement, and that the proceeds of the sale thereof to the amount of six hundred dollars be applied by the Commissioner upon and in payment of said judgement and decree, and that the balance of the proceeds of said sale, if any, be paid by said Commissioner to the said defendants Wilson and Greer.
It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed that the said north half of the South East quarter of section no twenty five (25) T. 7 N. R. 8 W. be sold by the said commissioner to satisfy said Judgement and this decree, and that said Commissioner out of the proceeds of said sale pay upon said Judgement and this decree the sum of two hundred dollars (200), and that said Commissioner upon said sale pay over to said
