thereof unto him the said his heirs and assigns forever to his and their own proper use and behoof so that neither I the said nor my heirs nor any other person or persons claiming under me or my heirs or assigns, shall at any time hereafter; by any ways or means, have, claim, or demand any right or title to the aforesaid premises or appurtenances or any part thereof.
