On this 1st. day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty nine & with both of whom I am personally acquainted and <who> are known to me to be the persons whose names are subscribed to the within deed of conveyance as witnesses thereto came before me & being by me duly Sworn depose and say that they saw & Elizabeth Galland execute the within conveyance that they the said & subscribed subscribed their names thereto as witnesses & that they knew the said & Elizabeth Galland to be the persons described in and who executed the said conveyance.
