Parties reddy for trial called upon as assistant Justice to sit on said case. being Present took his seat with us, and affter Examing all Wittnises Present, was held to answer to said Charge and mittamus made out and Si[g]ned , and , acting Justice of the Peace and put in the hand of Const who took Posession of Prisoned for Commitment
