This day came John M. Ferris administrator on the Estate of Joseph Smith, deceased, and Edward H Holbrook by their Attorney Esqr. presented two notes against said estate, one for $269.81 the other for $287.05, both dated Sept. 1, 1837, & signed by J. Smith Jr and others and the said notes being Examined, on the same are allowed at Eight hundred and seventy five dollars and fourteen cents, to be paid out of property not heretofore Inventoried
