July 25th the not appearing the cause is continued to Aug. 5th at 9 o’clock A.M.
August 5, 1837. The not appearing judgment is rendered against him in default for the sum of seven dollars and eighty nine cents, debt, after deducting the followinig [following] credit endorsed. “Feb 21st, 1837— Recd on the within $17.17.” and costs, taxed at $0.52½ [24 lines blank] [p. 128]
