July 5th. 1842. Perrygreen [Perregrine] Sessions one of the Night Watch, and a special Constable of the , brought the said before the Mayor for a Breach of a City Ordinance, by selling Spirituous Liquors upon the said fifth day of July 1842.
pleaded not Guilty.
Perrygreen Sessions, and appeared as Witnesses for the without any Summons, and were sworn and examined.
The was fined by the Court in Ten Dollars, and the Costs, Taxed at $
