At a Special Term of the Circuit Court Begun and held at the Town of Columbia within and for the County of on the first monday in July in the year of Our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and thirty nine present the Honorable Judge Clerk and John Martin Sheriff The Order made for Said Term is as follows to wit
State of Second Judicial Circuit.
In Vacation
It is ordered by me that a Special Term of the Circuit Court be held on the first monday in July 1839 for the trial of and Morris Phelps who are now confined in the Jail of the said upon a charge of and of who is also confined in Said Jail upon the charge of Given under my hand at the Circuit aforesaid this 7th day of June 1839 Judge 2nd Judicial Circuit [p. 222]
