The People of the State of To— The City of said .— Greeting.
We command you that of the Goods and Chattles of Edwin Little in said , you make the Sum of five Dollars Debt, and one Dollar and ninety three ¾ Cents Cost, which the State of lately recovered before me, in a certain case of Assault and Battery, against the said Edwin Little, and hereof make return to me within seventy days from this date.— Given under my hand and Seal this twenty fifth day of July 1842.
