Single leaf lined with 10 horizontal blues lines (now faded), measuring 3½ x 7⅞ inches (9 x 20 cm). The right edge of the recto has the square cut of manufactured paper; all other edges are torn, suggesting the leaf was part of a larger leaf or possibly a bifolium. The document was folded once horizontally.
