annexed Notice, came before me, at my office in the Township of who was there by me sworn and examined, and such examination reduced to writing, and subscribed by him in my presence on the twenty fourth day of January, eighteen hundred and forty three, between the hours of nine o’clock in the forenoon and five o’clock in the afternoon of said day, and his said deposition together with the annexed notice is herewith returned.
