1842.
The Legion Court of Appeals met according to law
at the the office of Brevet Major General at ten o’clock A.M.
The buisness of appeals was gone through and the
following named persons who had fines asssessed against
them had said fines remitted. to wit
— fined $9.00 remitted on account of
sickness.
fined $22.50 remitted on account
that he was acting in the office of Deputy sheriff
at the time he was required to do duty.
Horace K Whitney’s fine of— $1.00 remited
’s fine $25.00 for non attendance at the
Court of assessment, and not making returns to
the same, was remited.
