May 6th 1843 Legion Court of Assessment of fines of the met at ten o’clock A M. and adjourned untill two o’clock P.M. on Monday May 8th 184[3] May 8th 1843 The Legion Court of Assessment met according to adjournment. Present Brigadier Generals President. and Drill officer, Adjutant General and Colonel— members and Secretary.
The Court proceeded to buisness and the following fines were assessed to wit.
// Col George Coulson fined $15.00 for neglect of duty in not neglecting to appear in his proper place on the Cohort Parade on the 22nd day of April 1843.
// Brigade Major fined $ 10.00 for neglect of duty in not presenting a rank roll of the staff of the Brigadier General of the first Cohort on the Cohort Parade, on the 22nd day of April 1843; and for neglect of duty in not making an annual return to the Major General of said Legion, on or before the 1st day of December 1843 <1842>
// Capt fined $6.00 for not appearing upon parade upon the 6th day of May 1843.
// Capt fined $6.00 for like neglect.
Col fined $15.00 for like neglect.
// Capt fined $6.00 for like neglect
// Capt fined $6.00 for not attending this Court, to represent the band of Music.
