One thousand 1838, One thousand 1839. One thousand 1840. One thousand 1841. and Six thousand nine hundred & four dollars in 1842 and all on the first day of sixth Month. in each year with the interest annually on all Now if the said Joseph Smith Jr. & their heirs, assigns executors, or administrators, shall well and truly pay the aforesaid several notes of hand according to the tenor thereof to the said his heirs or assigns then the above deed shall be void Otherwise to remain in full force and virtue In witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and seals the Tenth day of tenth Month in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and thirty six.
