AN ORDINANCE to remunerate , for land occupied by a street.
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of , that the Mayor be, and he is hereby authorized to make unto a good and sufficient deed for the land lying on the side of Lot No, 4 in Block No, 151, so occupied as a Street in the original survey of the Town Plot of the City of , on condition that make a good and sufficient deed to the City of , for the land which the street now occupies.
