To the Honorable Mayor and Councillors of the City of .
Gentlemen;
We, your petitioners, by leave respectfully to represent that Water Street, according to its last location, passes across the lot of , varying in width from about 13 to 36 or 37 feet, and if it should be removed farther up the bank, would take still more from his lot.— We, your petitioners; therefore ask your Honorable body, to cause a Deed to be made to the Said , of the land laying between the Street and the , fronting his lot, or so much thereof as is occupied by the Street, of his land, And your Petitioners as in duty bound will ever pray,
