To the Honorable Alderman & Councillor in Council Assembled we your Pettitioners PrayyourHonerable against a petition in Circulation for the Purpose of opening Bag Bee Street from Parley St one Block North to Kimball St as it is now two [too] latte [late] for fencing and as thare is not any Person it will Benifit Except Mr Coles and he has one rod & half wide to Travel upon Tharefore we your Petitioners Pray your Hon body that no action of yours be made upon Sd St at presant and we your petitioners in duty bound will ever Pray
