The Petition of
Sheweth
That it would be very advantageous to most of the Citizens of this , & it is the desire of many of them, that a Street might be opened upon the North part of the City of in the neighbourhood of Harris Street, to run from the to the East part of the City Limits. & Petr as in duty bound. Will Pray.—
