To the Honerable Alderman and Councillors In Council assembled
Gentleman we your Petitioners Pray your Honerable Body and make known to you that the Street runing 7 rods from north <of> the South East Corner of Sec 6 west to the Greately injures our intrest by runing through our Houses Cutting up Several lots and parsals of land and would be to the intrest of your petitioners to run said Street on the Section line and would be no injury to the City Plot to make a teer of fractional Blocks an on the extreem South Part of the
