I understand that a fine has been or about to be assessed against for non-appearance at training one day last spring date I do not recollect said was pressed into my service to save my house from being washed away if he must be fined— fine me in his stead. I ask that his fine may be remitted my own also, as I have been sick for a long time and am yet
