aforesaid whareuppon said with with other persons did wrest from said the pistol aforesaid and did then and there for a little while hold and detain said untill said Mayor could hold an examination of said for his said conduct in the breach of the peace in said using no voilence in maner and form as complained of in said and this the defendants are ready to verify wherefore they pray Judegmnt [judgment]
