Know ye all men to whom this Shall come that I now resident of Illinoise do make my agent and autherize him to rent and take charge a House and Land which <arre> in <Ohio> for the term of one year from this Date the one lot with house [illegible] is enclosed with fence containing about ninety rods of ground known as part of lot 44— bounded as follows to wit Beginning at the North west corner of a piece ◊f l◊◊d[illegible] land Deeded by to in the center of the road leading from flats to running thence Nothwardly in line of road Five rods and 22 links to small stake thens Due East about 17 rods thense South to Sid s land thense west to the place of beginning
the other piece Containing one half acre fronting the Chilicothes road about 20 rods north from the above described house and land known as part of lot No 44
