and the 3rd of July, were fixed upon as days of general parade for this year—1841,—commandants of companies to fix on th[e] days of company parades. The court adopted Macomb’s tactics by Cooper. was appointed by Lt. Gen. Smith to designate the uniform.
Adjourned to the 2nd of March, at the same place.

Court Martial met pursuant to adjournment; present—

Companies were restricted to 46 until further ordered: and the Band increased to 30. Ordered that no one be permitted to leave the company to which he is attached without notifying his Captain and receiving his permission. [p. 4]
