You are hereby commanded to Summon to appear before the Municipal Court in said , at Ten OClock. A. M. on Monday the first day of August next, and there to give Testimony, and the truth to say upon the Trial of an Appeal which has been lodged in this Cause, and hereof fail not under the Penalty of the Law; and have you then there this Writ, with due return made thereon.
