You are hereby Commanded to Summon thirty five good and lawful men of your County so that they be and appear before the Judge of Our Circuit Court at an adjourned Term of Said Court to be held at the Courthouse in the Town of Columbia within and for the County of on the first <​fourth​> monday in September 1839
