For and inconsideration of Sixteen hundred dollars to me in hand paid by and I, do hereby sell assign and setover to the Said and two Judgements infavor of and assigned to me by said Rounds against Joseph Smith jr. and of one thousand dollars each which Judgements wer[e] obtained at the Court of Common Pleas in holden at <in> in and for the county of Geauga “to wit” on the 24th. day of October 1837 and I do agree to pay all costs that has accrued on Said Judgements up to this date
