<Lot 2B 106—> the county of in the state of known and described as follows To wit:— the South quarter of Lot number Two (2) in Block number one hundred and six of the city of . Together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining To have and to Hold the above described premises unto the said party of the Second part his heirs and assigns forever. And the said and party of the first part their successors in office the aforesaid premises unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns against the claim or claims of all and every person whomsoever do and will warrant and forever defend by these presents In Testimony Whereof the said and party of the first part, have hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year above written

This Indenture made and entered into this fifth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty six between Dana Jacobs and Zilpah Jacobs his wife of in the state of of the first part and Michael Goodner of Vermillion county and aforesaid of the second part Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of Seventy five dollars to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do by these presents remise, release, and forever quit Claim unto the said party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns forever the following described tracts and parcels of land lying and being in the county of Vermillion and State of Viz— The East half of the South-west quarter of section number one of Township Number twenty north, of Range twelve west, containing sixty acres of land: Also, the East half of North East quarter of Section Number twelve of Township number twenty north of Range twelve west containing eighty acres of land: Also the west half of the North West quarter of Section number nineteen of Township number twenty north, of Range Eleven West containing seventy two acres and 49/100 of land Also the West half of the south East quarter of Section number thirty five in Township number twenty one north, of Range twelve west containing eighty acres of land: and Also the East half of the South west quarter of Section number thirty five of Township number twenty one north, of Range twelve west containing eighty acres of land be the same more or less In testimony whereof the said Dana Jacobs and Zilpah his wife of the first part have hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year first above written
