that the minds of the inhabitants of the sixth fifth and eleventh Circuit and every County in each of them are so much prejudiced against them that they cannot have a fair and impartial trial in any County in either of said Circuits It is further ordered that the trial of said cause be removed to the County of by reason of the change of venue as aforesaid Given under my hand in Vacation as Judge of the fifth judicial Circuit State of
