To the honorable Alderman, and City Council of the City of we the undersined petitioners Residents on that part of the City plot known as kimballs Addition to would inform your honerable body that said tract has not been laid out according to the City plot and as this part of the is improveing verry fast we would thorefore pray your honorable body that said tract might be surveyed According to the City plot and we your petitioners will ever pray
