This day this cause came on to be heard on the petition and exhibits and it appearing to the Court that due and legal notice of the pendency of this petition has been published and the Court being fully advised in the premises finds that the statements in the petition are true therefore it is ordered that George Frank Reuben Harmon and Guy Smith Judicious freeholders and disinterested men of the vicinity shall upon actual view of the premises and upon their oaths assign & set off to said

It being made to appear to the Court that Guy Smith one of the appraisers heretofore appointed in this case is temporarily absent from his home and by reason thereof is unable to perform his duties as such appraiser It is therefore by the Court ordered that A. S.
