To the end therefore that the said defendants may if they can, show why your Orators should not have the relief hereby prayed and may upon their several and respective corporal oaths and according to the best and utmost of their several and respective knowledge, remembrance, information and belief full true direct and perfect answer make to each of the several interrogatories hereinafter mentioned and set forth as by the note hereunder written they are respectively required to answer that is to say:—
1st. Whether the said Joseph Smith deceased at the time of his death was indebted to your Orators, as herein stated, Whether Judgement was rendered upon such indebtedness as herein before stated, Whether s were issued and returned as herein before stated and whether said Judgement remains due to your Orators from the said deceased.
2nd. Whether the said deceased, died as herein stated leaving him surviving the and heirs herein stated, Whether they are his only heirs at law, Whether they have intermarried or are infants as herein before stated and Whether they have any and what interest if any they have in the premises in this bill described.
3d. Whether the said deceased died seized of the lands or any part thereof of which said Bill states he died seized and if so what part.
4th. Whether said , in the name of was appointed administratrix of the Estate of the said deceased Whether he<r> letters as such administratrix were revoked and appointed administrator of the Estate of said deceased, Whether his letters as such were revoked and said John [p. 503]
