and that said Lands, Town lots and Blocks be subjected to the payment of your Orators said debt.
That the said conveyance of the South East quarter of section No. two in Township No. six North of Range No. Nine West, from to , and all subsequent conveyances of said quarter section or any part thereof except such parts thereof as was subsequently conveyed by said Joseph Smith and to individuals for a valuable consideration without notice of the interest of your Orators be set aside as fraudulent and void as to your Orators as creditors of the said deceased and that the same be declared and held subject to your Orators said debt and that said premises be sold in payment of your Orators said deed free and discharged from all claims of any person claiming by, through or under said .
That the said conveyance of the North East qr of section No. eight, township no. six North of Range no. eight West to said and all subsequent conveyances thereof be adjudged, decreed and declared, void as to your Orators, creditors of the said deceased and that the same be held and adjudged subject to your orators said judgement and be ordered to be sold free and discharged of all claims, for the payment of the same,
That the conveyances of the land above described as situated in Illinois conveyed by to said and all subsequent conveyances thereof be adjudged and deemed void as to your orators as creditors of said deceased and be decreed and declared subject to the payment of your Orators said debt and that the same be sold free from all liens or claims of all persons claiming the same or any part thereof.
That the said sales of Real Estate (herein before mentioned) of the said deceased by said as administrator be declared fraudulent, void and of no effect and that said premises be sold free and discharged from all claims of any person whatever claiming the same by through or under said sales or through any other pretended claim of title.
That the right and interest of the said to be endowed of the lands herein before described or any part thereof be ascertained and settled, and that whatever claim for dower it shall be ascertained she is entitled to be set off and admeasured to her,
And that all the lands herein described be subjected to the payment of your Orators said debt and that the same be sold free and discharged from all claim for dower or any other claim or claims whatever.
And for such other and further relief as shall to the Court seem just and equitable, [p. 505]
