said on the 3d day of May A. D. 1852, certain real estate described in said decree and also described in said advertisement, and which is hereinafter described a copy of which advertisement is herewith filled said advertisement having been published for three consecutive weeks prior to said sale, the first of said publications being made on the 20th. day of March A. D. 1852.
I further report that in pursuance of said notices published as aforesaid I did, on the said 3d day of May A. D. 1852 attend at the Court House in said City of and then and there offered for sale said lands at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, at which time and place the same were stricken off and sold to the following named purchasers at the following prices, said purchasers being respectively the highest bidder therefor, to wit:—
| The North East quarter of section thirty three in township seven North, in Range eight West struck off and deeded to Thomas Wilson and George Greer as joint purchasers at the sum of | $600 00 |
| The East half of the South East quarter of section twenty five in township seven North and Range eight West struck off and deeded to George Edmunds Jr. at the sum of two dollars | $2 00 |
| The West half of the South East quarter of section twenty five, in township seven North and Range eight West struck off and deeded to George Edmunds Jr. at the sum of two hundred dollars. | $200 00 |
| That part of the North ten acres of the South West quarter of section two (2) in townships six North and Range nine West, which lies West of the Town plat of struck off and deeded to at the sum of fifty Dollars | $50 00 |
| The undivided three fourths of the following described property in mass to wit:— | |
| The East half of the South East quarter of section thirty one in township five (5) North, Range eight West; the West half of the north West quarter of section five in township four north and Range eight West; the East half of the North East quarter of section six, township four North, Range eight West, all of said land lying in one body, and best sold in one body struck off and deeded to George Edmunds Jr. at the sum of Three hundred and Eight 35/100 dollars | $308 35 |
