TEXT: Wafer residue suggests a slip of paper, no longer extant, was attached to this page. The residue obscures this and most of the two previous lines. The lower half of the characters in “VIII” are still legible. Given the amount of space obscured by the remnants of the adhesive wafer, an additional citation was likely originally included before “11th.”.
