Rhodes <& > you are hereby commanded to appear before the Municipal Court of Said to be holden at the Mayors on Saturday the 13th Instant at one O,Clock P. M. then and there to testify and the truth to speak in a certain matter in Suit pending before Said court upon wherein is petitioner And this you are not to omit under the penalty which the Law requisits [illegible]—
