full payment for said land to said according to the condition of said Bond, and caused said to make a deed of said premises to one now deceased,
That said conveyance was made as aforesaid by <​said to​> said at the request of said Joseph Smith deceased and for his use and benefit and without any consideration being paid therefor by said ,
That afterwards the said at the request and by the direction of said Joseph Smith deceased and without consideration conveyed that part of said premises known and described as
Block No. 155 in aforesaid to said defendant , by the name of who is infant son of said Joseph Smith deceased,
Also that part of Block No. 156 in aforesaid (situated on said tract of land or qr section ) described as follows to wit—; viz;—
Commencing at the North East corner of said Block 156, Thence West three hundred and ninety six feet, Thence South one hundred and fourteen and 8/12 feet, Thence East one hundred and forty eight feet, Thence South one hundred and twenty three feet, Thence East two hundred and forty eight feet, Thence North three hundred and twenty seven feet, 8 inches, to the place of beginning, to said defendant who is infant son of saidJoseph Smith deceased.
And also all the balance of said quarter section to said defendant , by the name of then wife and no<​w​> widow of the said deceased,
That at the said several times of the making of said contract with said by said , the assignment of the same by to said Joseph Smith deceased, the making of the deed to and by to said and , the said Joseph Smith deceased was largely indebted and caused said contract and deeds to be so made for the fraudulent purpose of hindering, delaying and defrauding the creditors of the said deceased in the collection of their said debts that said purchase was made for the benefit and under the control of said Smith, that said premises were purchased by means procured and furnished by said Smith and the contract and title so made and taken to prevent the creditors of said Smith from collecting their debts out of the same or the same being subjected to the payment of debts of the said Joseph Smith deceased.
That said Joseph and his wife joined together in a pretended deed of said premises to said Joseph Smith deceased as sole Trustee of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter [p. 498]
